New assignment – Regular columnist at The Citizen in India

I’m very happy to announce that I have just agreed with The Citizen in New Delhi, India, to serve as an about-monthly columnist on global affairs and peace.

The Citizen is an independent online news daily. As they write under About: “We believe that independent media can thrive, if it is citizen-led and funded. The Citizen is you.”

That’s exactly the philosophy we have at The Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research, TFF. And it is so important in these times when truly free and independent media become rarer and rarer.

My first article is “Why NATO should be dissolved. It’s outdated, not defensive.”

It will also be published shortly by China Daily.

I’m happy to expand my network beyond The Transnational and this online home. Being either barred from Western mainstream media or framed in indecent ways by them, there are much more interesting options out there – and media with multi-million audiences that treat me professionally.

If you like, read more about my media policy here.
