I am happy to be published in Horizons which is produced by the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development, CIRSD, in Belgrade.
It brings out a radical re-thinking of what concepts such as defence, security, deterrence – and peace – may mean if we want to create a more peaceful world. It also summarises a few things I have been working with the last few decades.
Essentially, being a Trump supporter with the racism, status symbols, flaunting of wealth to appear better/more successful than others, sexual obsessions etc. that go along with it, boils down to going on an ego trip.
The historical extent to which satisfying ego-centered desires for power and wealth have resulted in criminal wars, death, destruction, scheming and corruption is recorded by historians who uncompromisingly speak the truth.
